Special Events and Library Outreach

The library plans special events throughout the year, including our traveling exhibits, family programs with Success by 6 and United Way, Boofest, Breakfast With Santa, Star Wars Day, Summer Reading Program for All Ages, Adult Winter Reading Program, and many more.  We also participate in community events like the Apple Blossom Parade, Josephine Expo, Midland Empire Ag & Rural Lifestyle Show, Big Muddy Mini Maker Faire, St Joseph School District professional development, regional health fairs, and many others.

Library staff can also visit your organization or group by appointment.  Do you want a storytime for your daycare center?  Maybe a presentation about e-books?  Or a library update for your social or civic club?

We are happy to do presentations and partner with community organizations and other groups to bring our "show on the road."  We love talking to people about the library and our services.  Contact the Admin Office at 236.2106 to get us on your schedule!
