Special Services Associate

Full-Time - 40 hours per week @ St. Joseph Location

Open Until Filled.

The Rolling Hills Consolidated Library (RHCL) has an opening at the St. Joseph Belt Branch location, which will be moving to Riverside Road next spring.  The Special Services Associate will be the lead staff person in performing passport acceptance services as well as notary service.  When not performing these tasks, this position will assist in branch operations as directed.  Must be able to be bonded and satisfy passport agent requirements.  Experience in customer service is preferred but not required.  Computer skills are mandatory for either position.  Schedule will include evening/weekend rotations.  Applicants must be 16 or older.  Full-time positions include 100% paid health insurance and retirement.  $13.78-$14.93 per hour minimum, adjusting in January 2026 with minimum wage requirements.
