Rolling Hills Consolidated Library will continue to require masks of all people entering our buildings until the majority of the staff have had a chance to get vaccinated. Up until this next week, most staff have been too young or otherwise ineligible to get a vaccine according to the Phases outlined by the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services (DHSS) and other guidance from health care professionals. When most of the staff get their vaccines, then we will look at relaxing our mask requirements for library visits, probably within the next 30-60 days. Until then, library staff appreciate that all library visitors show their concern for our health and their own by wearing masks in the library.

Universal Class brings you lifelong learning courses in over 30 subject areas, many of which offer continuing education units (CEUs). More than 500 courses are available, and all are designed and led by professional instructors to build deeper understanding and mastery of subject matter. Universal Class includes videos, assignments, quizzes, tests, and options for social media interaction with other learners. Patrons may take multiple classes and learn at their own pace. Certificates are available at the end of some classes to use as proof of training. You can learn a new job skill, like computer training or customer service, or start a new hobby or craft project.
